Repeat billing is a feature that lets you see which annual services are due soon. We recommend using this for repeat annual services such as an Annual Computer Service / or annual antivirus renewal etc.

Using the Repeat Billing calendar you can easily see who is due for renewal soon and double-clicking the entry in the calendar open the customer details.

To set up repeat billing you can add repeat billing to any services or products from inventory and this will automatically enable repeat billing in any ticket this service is added to.

Or you can manually enable repeat billing in any ticket via the Charges tab:

This repeat billing module will generate extra income, especially useful when you are a bit quieter than normal.

Remember, existing customers trust you much more than new customers and they are much easier to market to than a customer who has never visited you before.
