Hi Paul,
If possible it would be good to have a quick order button, just for when you get someone wanting a non stock part, at the moment we are creating a New Ticket for these, but it would be nice to have a simpler method that allows us to put an order on for them.
I’m thinking it could be added to POS, Next to New Sale but called new order and have them added to a similar list as parts for customer tickets so that purchasing can check easily to see if there are any new items need ordering at a glance.
We have created a nonstock item, which is editable so this way we can quickly get the money from the customer and sort out the finer details when they leave.
Also it would be nice from POS to get the option to setup customer info if it does not alreay exist.
Loving CRS though, much easier for tracking jobs than my previous software.
