Enter SKU of the product from inventory you want to automatically add to the ticket invoice charges when you select priority repair. Leave BLANK to disable this feature. I have set this feature up and like what it does except I need it not to add the tax. If I go charges and enter the item it adds it without the tax and then taxes it.
For your “Immediately Priority Service” inventory item – have you included Tax when you edit the product? You can specify tax rates in the product which will be shown in the charges.
When it automatically enters it into charges it looks and adds the
retail price and not the retail price (ex-vat) so it adds tax again. so to fix this problem I need to lower the price to $28.03 Instead of the price I want to charge $29.99 that way it adds the $29.99 plus tax. I hope this makes sense.
