GPT4 Update
GUI Updates
Added option to “Show All Open Tickets” on the ticket selection of the home screen
Print no longer shows Headers and Footers (in order versions you needed to disable this via Internet Settings manually!)
Right Click ->Print Invoices on a selected ticket on the home screen
Jobsheet and Invoice Templates updated to display more relevant information
Print Qty = 0 will no longer show the print preview
Tickets Refresh quicker on Home screen
SMS status shows a preview of the message before sending
Tickets Grids on the Home Screen are not colour-coded.  You can change or disable colours in settings.
Tickets open on top (there was an issue that sometimes meant tickets displayed under the home screen!)
Ticket shows customer info in the header for quick reference.
AI responses improved.  Updated prompts to make it more personalised.

Lots of minor updates and fixes.
