CRS v2.21.23137 – May 2023 – AI Edition!

We are pleased to release the latest version of CRS.

Updates:

1. Added AI functionality – this is a new and experimental feature that lets you quickly generate ticket notes and several prompts have been included to push for extra up-sales.  To use AI you will need an OpenAI API Key then store this key in Settings->Api area.  Open a new ticket, click on the Ticket Notes tab and there is a new button to open the prompts.  Please give us your AI feedback and ideas.
2. Added extra stats to the Stats (F12) page.  Now includes New tickets, completed tickets, and warranty (more to come) and you can compare each location (multi-store).
3. Template Editor Barcode issues resolved.  The old provider stopped working and this has been updated to a new web api.
4. Postcode / Zip Code will default to CAPS.
5. A long overdue issue was resolved when searching in Managed Customers.  Before only the last 6 digits of phone numbers were searchable.  Now you can type the entire number without spaces to locate the customer.
6. GUI and usability improvements were made.
