New feature: For Multi-User CRS Users – When a user closes a ticket, the ticket is locked and cannot be changed unless an admin is logged in to CRS and uses their unlock auth code (generated in settings). The new Ticket Override Auth Tool is a small exe that can be run by the admin from their own computer and issues a new unlock key that can be given to the CRS end user. The key will only be valid for 1 minute and a new random key will be generated.
Updates: Minor maintenance updates fixing a few issues including reverting the missing Warranty check-box from the job section in the last release, a few minor GUI updates.
