    New features

    • Added Markup Calculator in Tools menu.  Uses default margin from settings which can be overridden.

     

    Improvements

    • GUI Updates – Improved layout for Customer Tab, Job Tab and Parts Tab.  
    • Manage Tickets can have custom background colours for tickets expiring or expired.
    • Customer->Previous Jobs shows balances of each previous ticket, if it is paid. Better layout.
    • New Check-in template modified to remove empty space.
    • FIXED – LiveDataBoard Stats text shows when changing the LiveDataBoard width and height.
    • Downgraded .Net requirement from 4.6.1 (Windows 7 or greater) to 4.6 (Vista SP 2 or greater).
    • Scrollable panel allows smaller screen devices to navigate around ticket.
    • Warranty Jobs added main dashboard (selected via the custom table)
    • Email to CRS – you can now request EOD from CRS report by email.
    • Dymo Bug fixed that didn’t load label on some newer systems – legacy .net support turned off.
    • Registry Updates for 32/64 bit CRS terminals.
    • Start Late Reason on timesheet shown as tooltip
    • SMS test added to settings
    • Email End Of Day Scheduler added to settings
    • CRS is signed by Comodo for security and your peace of mind
    • If ticket cancelled, a check for parts on order is done.
    • SMS Clickatell REST api added.
    • On Checkin- Password/Backup Reminder and custom Staff Note can be disabled in settings.
    • Repeat billing changed to show auto-repeat items from inventory
    • Fixed Invoice Charges error caused by modifying price / vat / qty using non-numeric values.
    • FIXED – Assigned User without an email saves tickets correctly and does not re-save ticket again.
    • Common Ticket Problems – Add Button removed to improve workflow, simply select from the drop down and it adds to the ticket notes.
