We are pleased to announce that since September, we have been working flat out implementing the new Point Of Sale module into CRS.  There has also been a number of enhancements and improvements and new features including SMS integration, ability to send status updates to your customers quickly from the main screen, improved User Interface that automatically searches for products and services as you type, Improved background tasks so that tickets open tickets (more if your SQL server is remotely based) and more.  If you want to try out the beta for yourself then you can download crsbeta from the download link provided in your license registration email.
