We are thrilled to announce the latest features and improvements to our renowned Computer Repair Shop Software (CRS). This powerful tool has always been a cornerstone for businesses in the computer repair industry, providing a platform that simplifies tasks, improves efficiency, and ultimately boosts revenue. The recent updates, including the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and various performance enhancements, are set to make your experience even better.

AI Functionality: Your New Virtual Assistant
In our bid to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in CRS software, we have introduced an experimental AI functionality. This innovative feature helps generate ticket notes swiftly, making your job easier and more efficient.
But that’s not all! We’ve included several prompts designed to encourage additional up-sales, thus potentially increasing your revenue. Using this AI feature is straightforward. You’ll need an OpenAI API Key, which you can easily store in the Settings->Api area. To generate ticket notes, simply open a new ticket, click on the Ticket Notes tab, and find the new button that opens the prompts.
We are eager to hear your feedback and ideas on this AI feature. Your insights will help us refine and improve this functionality to better serve your needs.
Enhanced Stats: Deeper Insights at a Glance
The Stats (F12) page now provides more comprehensive data for your multi-store business. We’ve added new statistics for new tickets, completed tickets, and warranties—with more to come. You can also compare data across different locations if your business operates from multiple stores. This increased visibility will empower you to make informed decisions and steer your business in the right direction.
Template Editor and Barcode: Seamless Functionality
We’ve resolved the issue with the Template Editor Barcode. The previous provider stopped working, but we have now updated to a new web API to ensure uninterrupted service.
User-Friendly Updates: Making Your Experience Better
A few additional features have been enhanced for your convenience. The Postcode / Zip Code will now default to CAPS, making data entry and reading easier. Moreover, we’ve addressed a long-standing issue related to searching in Managed Customers. Previously, only the last six digits of phone numbers were searchable. Now, you can type the entire number without spaces to locate a customer.
Lastly, we’ve made several GUI and usability improvements. These changes are designed to provide a smoother, more intuitive experience for our users.
