How do I edit my invoices to my own requirements?

CRS has a HTML editor tool built (Menu->Tools) where you can edit your templates at any time.  CRS allows you to manually edit any of the templates and reports you print / email to your customers. All templates are in HTML and you can use any HTML editor to change the invoice / check-in receipt etc to your own needs.

You can leave the templates as is and your company name, address etc are already pre-populated using dedicated ##TAGS## that get replaced with data from the database.

[1] To customise your own template, log into CRS as an admin user. Then go to Admin->Settings->Templates tab.

[2] Click on the OPEN button to open the default template folder.

Do not edit the templates in the folder because when you install the latest CRS your customised template may get overwritten. Instead, create a new folder i.e. C:\Users\Paul\Documents\CRS\myTemplates and copy and paste the template(s) you want to customise yourself into this new folder. You need to specify this folder in CRS while you have Templates tab open.

CRS will first check your own folder and if the file it needs is not found will then check the default directory for the default template file.
